Tourism Noosa has announced new additions to the Tourism Noosa Board following its Annual General Meeting held last week.
Darren McClenaghan from RACV Noosa Resort, Nick Heath from the Australian Marine Conservation Society and Michelle Mason from Social Tap are new appointments.
Darren, Nick and Michelle join continuing Board Directors, Chair Steve McPharlin, Deputy Chair, Elizabeth Reynolds and Drew Pearson, Judi Lalor, Erina Kilmore, Wade Batty, Mark Wilkinson and Richard Stephens.
Chair Steve McPharlin said the new Board Directors collectively have strong expertise in the tourism industry.
“We welcome and embrace the fresh perspective and ideas of our new Directors in helping to ensure we are continually focused on driving tourism forward for the region”.
“The new Board Directors will add to the wealth of experience of the existing members on the Board and I would also like to take this opportunity to thank retiring Board Members, Stephen Gregg, Michael Tarrant and John McCulloch for their great contribution to the Board,” Mr McPharlin said.
The event was co-hosted by Noosa Today and RACV Noosa Resort.
