TOURISM Noosa CEO Damien Massingham has revealed his top five Noosa activities to avoid the crowds this spring.
“Below is a list of just a few amazing spots to explore in the greater Noosa region,” he said.
1. Paddling on Weyba Creek. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and lots of amazing wildlife around Lake Weyba.
2. Taking in the ocean and hinterland views from Mt Tinbeerwah before exploring the beautiful Noosa hinterland towns.
3. The river mouth – watching the sun set from here is beautiful.
4. The Noosa Everglades – this is a truly unique experience on Noosa’s doorsteps and is one of only two everglades in the world.
5. Taking a 4WD for a drive on the beach and enjoying some beach fishing on the Noosa North Shore.
“There are so many great things to see and do in Noosa,” Mr Massingham said.
“The www.visitnoosa.com.au website has plenty of other ideas about what to do in the region and visitors can also talk to one of the friendly team at the Visitor Information Centre, who can provide some great suggestions on things to do in the Noosa region.”
