Win a trip to London

Noosa Arts Theatre launched its spectacular raffle at the Sunshine Coast Theatre Alliance soiree on Saturday night.

The theatre has ambitious plans for further renovations and extensions and now needs to fundraise. President, Liza Park, managed the previous extensions which saw a new front to the theatre, seven toilets installed and new dressing rooms. Liza and the committee now want to extend the building to create a proper office area instead of a cupboard, move the bar, expand the wardrobe space, provide better storage area for lighting and flats and refurbish the interior of the theatre itself. You can help the theatre and give yourself a one-in-500 chance of winning a luxury trip to London by buying a ticket. The main prize includes two return business class tickets with Thai Airways to London, with a stop-over in Bangkok at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for two nights and four nights at the Halkin by COMO Hotel in London, including breakfast daily – valued at $20,000. There are also five runner-up prizes of $200 cash. Tickets are $100 with a closing date of July 31. To purchase phone 5449 9343 or visit www.noosaartstheatre.org.au
