Young swimmers made a big splash at the Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) Learn To Swim Day on Saturday.
Children from the age of three to 12 years put their learn-to-swim skills to the test to compete in their first swim carnival.
Every child was encouraged to participate and received a goodie bag for their great effort.
The very lucky Alex Otto, who swims twice a week and turns seven this week, won a brand new mountain bike.
NAC marketing officer Tina Frey said the carnival was a huge success and lots of fun for all, due to the great teamwork from “the fabulous swim instructors”.
If you would like to enrol in term four of the Learn to Swim Program simply phone 5448 0288 or visit our website, www.noosa.qld.gov.au/nac.
