Fighting fit: Mates Rates Mowing offer free lawn services

Local boxer and business owner Ben Slavin, his father and the team at Mates Rates Mowing know that times are tough and would like to help out by offering up a free mowing service on Saturday mornings to help out any elderly Noosa residents who are struggling with self isolating or worried about heading outdoors.

The local business owners have generously offered up their free time on the weekends to help out the elderly or the unabled, whose lawns are getting away after all this rain.

“We are a family business that believe in doing the right thing,” Julian said.

“Noosa has been good to us and we would like to give a little back to the most vulnerable.

“We have a great group of guys who are happy to offer a friendly and professional service.

For those in need, call Julian on 0402 630 687.
