They’re all class

By JOLENE OGLE

MORE than 120 locals came together in what was a classy way to help local families doing it tough this festive season.
The annual Santa’s Classy Helpers charity dinner was held at Noosa Springs on Friday night (14 November) and helped raise funds for disadvantaged families throughout Noosa.
Event organisers said the night was a great success with guest speaker Terry Hayes entertaining the diners.
Santa’s Classy Helpers still need help and are asking locals to drop in any tinned or packaged food or cleaning supplies to Noosa Classy Lady, shop 1/199 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville.
The next charity event will be an afternoon tea at the Doonan Cafe on Friday 28 November, from 2.30pm.
Anyone who wants to attend can phone Noosa Classy Lady on 5449 7599 for more details.
