Crafty start to Christmas

THE Noosa Arts and Crafts Association have a jam packed pre-Christmas program with new classes, workshops and a craft market planned.
The creative writing group meets every fortnight on a Thursday from 9am to 12.30pm, with the next meeting on 11 December.
For anyone who likes to work with their hands, the felt flowers workshop, led by Belle Arnold, is on Tuesday 2 December from 9am, and is $50 per member and $55 for a non-member.
The pure pastels workshop, led by Carolyn Sheather, will run over two weeks and starts on 5 December at 9am and then again on 12 December at 9am. Members are $50 and non-members $55.
For those starting out, the beginners’ pastes workshop, also led by Carolyn Sheather, will run on 5 and 12 December from 1pm to 3pm. Members are $40 and non-members are $50.
The Noosa Arts and Craft Christmas market is on now until Sunday 30 November, with free admission and plenty of hand-crafted gift ideas.
