LOCAL ceramic artist Wendy Britton will open her studio to the public for an early Christmas sale, this weekend.
Wendy has exhibited her works since 2009, winning the U3A prize, first place for surface decoration and grand champion for pottery at the Royal Queensland Show in 2013, plus a list of further achievements.
The natural bush surroundings and wildlife are the inspiration for Wendy’s works and creativity, all of which will be displayed in her working studio.
The sale will include plates, mugs, platters, garden art, paint your own ceramic packs for kids and unique wind chimes.
Wendy’s studio is located at 27 Yatama Place, Cooroibah, and will be open on 8 and 9 November, from 10am to 4pm.
