Noosaville View Club turns 23

The Noosaville View Club celebrated 23 years with a ‘Pretty in Pink’ birthday luncheon on 27 October at the Noosa-Tewantin RSL.

Singer, entertainer and accidental writer, Sue Wighton, wooed the crowd while Dame Edna had all 72 women in stitches.

The day featured raffles, birthday cake, and special pins were awarded to the Club’s 10 and 20 year members.

National Council member Jean Jennings welcomed the members and filled them in on national news.

Sue Wighton and Dame Edna cut the birthday cake and two new members were awarded badges, Helga Lawrence and Janet Chard.
