Multi-world record holder opening new business in Noosa

Renowned leaders in physical and psychological performance, Jamie Milne and Liz Aquilina, are set to bring their unique JMT experience to Noosa.

This business class level facility is set to revolutionise the fitness industry, offering a unique blend of cutting-edge mental performance techniques, innovative and true results-based fitness and wellness techniques combined with Jamie and Liz’s expert guidance garnered from their combined 33 years experience, as well as the first class service Noosa residents expect.

Jamie said, “We are thrilled to launch our new Physical and Mental Performance Studio, where we aim to empower individuals to surpass their limits and unlock their full potential.”

The JMT brand operates under the leadership of multiple world record-holding coach and author, Jamie Milne.

Jamie is featured in the soon to be released documentary One Chance from Australian journalist and television presenter Rob Brough.

The JMT Noosa Physical and Mental Performance Studio is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from elite athletes to fitness enthusiasts, those seeking a highly responsive and personalised fitness and performance training service, and longing to escape the large groups, and cookie-cutter group training dynamics abundantly prevalent in existing gyms and training environments.

With a strong focus on mental performance, the JMT Noosa Physical and Mental Performance Studio aims to provide a holistic approach to training, ensuring clients achieve well beyond any preconceived expectations and capabilities.

Jamie brings his enormous experience to JMT Noosa, having achieved numerous accolades throughout his career. Just some of his career highlights are:

• Jamie currently holds the world record for ‘The Most amount of Chest To Ground Push Ups in 60 minutes’ (just achieved on 3 February, 2024 – Jamie’s record being 1014 reps).

• Also, Jamie holds the world record for ‘The Most Double Unders in 12 hours’.

• Jamie completed the local Blackall 100km Ultra Marathon in 20 hours – with 20kg on his back.

• Jamie has also achieved 4672 Burpee Broad Jumps – covering 8.5km in 22.5 hours.

With an unwavering dedication to helping individuals reach their goals, Jamie and Liz have trained and mentored athletes, career professionals, and business owners from various sports disciplines, consistently delivering results.

The new JMT Noosa studio utilises modern mental and physical training training programs, and a supportive environment that fosters growth and personal development.

The grand opening of the JMT Noosa Physical and Mental Performance Studio is scheduled for 20 April, 2024.

The opening event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, exclusive Q and A session, and a chance to meet and interact with JMT Noosa coaches Jamie and Liz.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the unique training methodologies employed at the studio and how they can benefit from the comprehensive programs offered.
