Giving back is part of the job for Laguna Real Estate

Over 2.5 years, Laguna Real Estate staff have donated their time every fortnight to support Meals on Wheels across Noosa and Gympie, personally delivering meals to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. These deliveries help the frail, elderly, people living with disability, carers and those facing special circumstances remain where they are happiest, in their homes.

Meals on Wheels is a vital not-for-profit organisation, preparing and delivering millions of meals across Queensland to people recovering from illness or surgery, seniors, carers and individuals needing extra support. But the service offers more than nourishment. For many recipients, the friendly visit and short conversation are just as meaningful as the meal itself. Laguna’s agents often hear how these moments of connection brighten someone’s day and make a genuine difference.

Quite simply, Meals on Wheels could not exist without volunteers, and Laguna is proud to play its part.

Beyond this ongoing commitment, Laguna has contributed more than 400 volunteer hours and raised over $1.4 million for the local community over the past 13 years. The team has supported a wide range of charities and events including Noosa Come Together, Noosa Beach Classic Car Club, Noosa Prostate Association, Noosa Festival of Surfing, Red Cross, Cancer Council, and Noosa Triathlon.

Real estate is about property, but it’s also about people and at Laguna, giving back is a tradition that continues, one meal and one conversation at a time.
