Let Noosa Springs take the stress out of Christmas catering

Book a seat at Relish Restaurant on Sunday 25 December and let Noosa Springs take the stress out of preparing this year’s Christmas dinner.

The festive feast begins with a delicious grazing board of seafood, cured meats and Woombye and Kenilworth cheeses.

Relish’s renowned chefs have prepared a mouth-watering menu, including a platter of slow cooked lamb, honey glazed leg ham, baked Tasmanian salmon, with roasted root vegetables, wild rocket salad and broccoli.

Then there’s Relish’s famous desserts, featuring Yuzu curd tartlets, praline delice, individual pavlovas, fruit mince tarts and cheesecake. The cost includes a three-hour beverage package.

It’s a long, leisurely lunch beginning at 11.30am. The cost is $249 ($235 for members), with discounts for teenagers and children. Toddlers aged two and under are free.

Get your family and friends together and enjoy sensational food and drink in a wonderful festive atmosphere.

Contact the events team on 5440 3333 or email events@noosasprings.com.au. Bookings are essential.
