Create new goals at Noosa Springs Fitness Centre

The start of a new year is the perfect time to create new goals and plan to get fit and healthier in 2024, and why not meet some new people while having fun at the same time!

Noosa Springs Fitness Centre is a friendly, laid-back gym offering a variety of classes including the popular Les Mills Body Pump, and Body Balance, Zumba, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, and more.

If weights are more your style, the fitness centre has a full range of free weights, including dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as pin loaded equipment. The fitness centre also has a 25m lap pool, heated in the cooler months for use all year round.

After a workout, unwind with friends over coffee in the relaxing resort atmosphere.

Managed by Paul Ewing, the Centre is supported by a dedicated team of fitness professionals who provide guidance and coaching to help you reach your goals.
