Christine creates Luxe life in Noosa

Discover your Luxe life in Noosa and the surrounding region with the guidance of Christine Mount, a leading buyer advocate at Luxe Coastal Property Buyers with over 30 years property experience.

“I absolutely love working along Noosa River! It’s my inspiration, my luxe – it’s my community,” Christine said.

She can often be found watching the sunrise or sunset over the beautiful Noosa River, with Scout, her pet cavoodle, or actually on the river paddling with Robyn Singh, from Noosa Paddle Sports, discovering wildlife amongst the mangroves with local paddling group Women On Water.

Mornings start at Laneway Flower and Coffees, with Scout at her heels – the girls there are great for a chat at 6am! Her favourite place for lunch and a belly laugh is with Megan from Jimmy Fox. Her other favourite time is sunset over the river and Mount Tinbeerwah, with cocktails at the Sunset Bar at the Noosa Boat House. The Noosa Boat House is almost a second home, coffee in the morning (with Lynn, local dog lover), fish n’chips by the river with live music and of course a great restaurant “when I have guests in town”, followed by a sneaky after dinner cocktail from Thomas at Apero.

“We are really spoiled for choice – there are so many restaurants and bars to choose from and I can walk there from home or work – what a life,” she said.

The Noosa River ultimately gives Christine her inspiration to support her clients in purchasing property in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. However, she originally saw herself as an ocean-dweller.

“I thought I would only live on the oceanfront; however I’ve surprised myself by being completely in love with the Noosa River lifestyle, where I can step outside my office for a coffee break or for my lunch and watch the activities of the river pass me by. Daily I am so full of gratitude that this is how I integrate my lifestyle with a career that I love. The challenge is not the daily inspiration for my clients and finding them their home or investment property, but getting work done, amongst the laughter, connection to friends and hearing their stories in the local community. Beware – if you want a fast walk on the river, you will always bump into people you know!”

When people live in a lifestyle location it is so important to underpin their property strategy with how they connect and operate within the community as well as understanding their hobbies and their interest to tailor a real estate strategy that is uniquely theirs.

Forty per cent of Christine’s business is purchasing for local residents in the Noosa region and the Sunshine Coast.

“Not only do we have clients, who move suburbs, 20 minutes from their home, but we also have clients who have moved within the same suburb or even the same street,” she said.

When Craig and Drew started working with Luxe Coastal, their brief was to secure a five-bedroom generational home in the Noosa Heads area, with a focus on family-friendly streets.

Craig said, “We are a really busy family, both operating our own business and both our girls will be going to St Andrews.”

“It’s great having Drew’s mother support us with the children, so we wanted a generational home that provided a separation of space, but also plenty of room for us all to be together. After searching different neighbourhoods, Chris helped us secure an architecturally designed home on Noosa Waters, which actually was in the same street that we were living in. We felt extremely confident with the due diligence conducted for the properties we looked at. Chris really kept us focussed on identifying which properties would suit our family and lifestyle.”

Another family, of five, on the Sunshine Coast, secured their long-term family home on acreage, 10 minutes from where they were currently living. Genevea, an anaesthetist, said, “She really helped us drill down on what it was we actually wanted for now but also as our family grows. She made the whole process straightforward and we found her to be easy to work with, organised, and efficient. We would definitely use Luxe Coastal Property again and have already referred friends to them.”

Christine’s expertise also extends to the commercial realm, where she aided a local Caloundra business in procuring a new commercial space on the Sunshine Coast, strategically situated near their previous location, providing a centralised office space and workshop for their various teams.

“At Luxe Coastal Property, we pride ourselves on providing a personalised approach to real estate,” she said.

“By understanding your unique preferences and aspirations, we can guide you towards finding the perfect home that aligns with your desired lifestyle so you can find your ‘luxe life’.

“Whether you’re seeking a strong sense of community or a coastal living experience, our unparalleled expertise positions us as your trusted partner in discovering the home of your dreams we’re committed to helping you seamlessly connect your home with the community and lifestyle you desire.”

Christine is passionate about connecting her clients to the community. Her first connection is via her podcasts Living her Luxe Life, where Christine speaks to locals, what was front of mind for them when setting up home in the region and how they connect to the community.
