Noosa agency sweeps Sunshine Coast in real estate awards

The coveted crown of Agency of the Year on the Sunshine Coast, as well as three key location categories in the Noosa Shire, has gone to Tom Offermann Real Estate, according to the reviews, ratings and rankings website RateMyAgent.

The Noosa locations are Noosa Heads, Noosaville and Sunshine Beach.

Now in its ninth year, the 2023 National Awards, the most comprehensive real estate awards in Australia, evaluated more 36,000 agents and agencies throughout the country.

This was while celebrating the top-performing real estate agents and agencies for client experiences in each suburb, city, and state, as well as on a national level.

They are the only significant customer-driven awards in the Australian real estate industry, with winners based on verified customer reviews provided on the RateMyAgent website. They prioritise the needs of sellers and aim to provide consumers with a benchmark for the top-quality real estate agencies in their area based on the feedback from the past year, rather than being judged by industry peers.

The RateMyAgent website is used by agents who sell 80 percent of all property in Australia, while high-performing agents are determined by real reviews from those who have bought or sold a property with the agent.

Tom Offermann Real Estate has been a consistent and dominant force in the Noosa property market for more than 30 years, and the principal Tom Offermann is thrilled with the acknowledgment.

“The agency awards are a true gauge of the customer service provided by an agent,” he said.

“We are delighted to be recognised as the top agency on the Sunshine Coast as well as the key locations in the Noosa Shire.

“It recognises the team’s enthusiasm, unerring diligence and absolute dedication to vendors and purchasers across all price points.

“It is comforting for clients, and me, to know our support people have such vast experience and competence. They are the unsung heroes, never sharing the limelight, but quietly ensuring that every task is done with precision and with an extreme care factor. What I really enjoy is the friendly work culture and friendship amongst all of our team.

“Let us not forget the team underpinning the sales team who makes our service to clients as reliable as a Swiss watch.

“Expert management of computers and IT, contract settlements, accounts, and advertising are second nature to our entire support team especially Rebecca Pohlner who has worked for Tom Offermann Real Estate for 28 years, Sandy Harrington for 25 and Alistair Beveridge for 21.”

“It is gratifying to see clients familiar with many of our staff because they have rarely changed over several decades. Some have purchased or sold multiple times through us, and we are also now helping their next generations. It’s humbling for me that so many people have dedicated so much of their lives to keeping Tom Offermann Real Estate the number one agency on the Sunshine Coast.

“It is fair to say we have the coast well and truly covered.”
