Emergency services responded to two separate traffic crashes in the Noosa region on Thursday 12 June, resulting in two people being hospitalised.

At about 6pm, paramedics were called to a vehicle and pedestrian incident on David Low Way in Peregian Beach.

A woman in her 70s sustained arm and head injuries and was transported in a stable condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Later that evening, at around 9:30pm, a vehicle rolled over at the intersection of Reserve and Pioneer Streets in Pomona.

A man was assessed by paramedics and also taken in a stable condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Queensland Ambulance Service attended both scenes. Investigations into the circumstances of the incidents are ongoing.
