Prime Noosa beachfront investment hits the market

An extremely rare investment opportunity has arisen in Noosa’s famous Hastings Street.

Located at 8/49 Hastings Street, the 92sqm property is ideally located on Noosa Main Beach.

Currently tenanted by Boardwalk Bistro with a new lease to 2036 including options, the property is being brought to market by RWC Noosa and Sunshine Coast agents Paul Butler and David Brinkley.

The property is part of the mixed-use Noosa on the Beach development which comprises 10 street / beachfront level retail and hospitality venues and 22 high quality holiday apartments. It also includes allocated basement parking.

“Hastings Street is one of Australia’s most iconic locations, often visited by vacationing celebrities,” Mr Butler said.

“Known for its vibrant atmosphere, high foot traffic, and proximity to the world renowned Main Beach, the short 600m street lures high-profile tenants and provides solid capital growth for the investors lucky enough to secure a piece of this exclusive street.

“The only commercial real estate rarer and more tightly-held than streetfront Hastings Street, is Main Beach beachfront. This property sits in the same company as Sails, Bistro C and Season. All very tightly held assets.”

Lot 8, 49 Hasting street is one of only four privately owned commercial assets which have stunning views and perfect northerly aspect over Laguna Bay to Noosa National park and north to double island point.

The property is being offered for sale via expressions of interest closing 14 February.
