Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 32-year-old woman missing from Peregian Springs.
Lauren Gray was last seen leaving a Dunes Court address today with her one-year-old son but has not been heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns as Lauren suffers from a medical condition.
Lauren is described as Caucasian, around 165cm tall with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
It is believed the pair may be travelling in a White Jeep Compas with registration 249XXJ.
Anyone who may have seen Ms Gray or knows of her current whereabouts is urged to contact police.
