Car boot sale fund-raiser

THE Rotary Club of Noosa will hold a car boot sale every month to help raise funds for those in need in the local community.
The community event started four months ago, and since then it has grown in popularity among stallholders and bargain hunters.
The car boot sale is held on the second Saturday of every month at the Tewantin State School car parking area on the corner of Poinciana Avenue and Werin Street from 6.30am.
The next stall will be on Saturday 13 August with gates opening at 6.30am until 11am, with a range of second hand goods on offer including gardening tools, plants, books, sporting equipment and other treasures.
The cost of a stall is $10, and anyone who would like to book can phone 0422 862 810.
