Fitness rewards at sunset

TO TAKE advantage of the beautiful summer evenings, the Noosa Aquatic Centre is holding Sunset Aqua classes every Monday night.
What a fantastic way to finish your day, cooling down and participating in a fun-packed, calorie-burning class with instructor Delia Thomas from 5.30pm on Mondays.
There is no need to be water-confident to reap the rewards of this class as your head will never go under the water, and you can touch the bottom of the pool at all times.
The friendly participants, motivating music and exciting instructor will welcome you and make you want to come back for more every week.
