Where to go for festive fun

Christmas is just around the corner and there is a range of local family events to help get into the festive spirit.
The Blue Light Santa Dance is on Friday 4 December from 7pm to 9pm at The J, 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads.
Cost is $8 for ages nine to 13.
Enjoy great music, prizes and the new Bungee Run at the Blue Light Santa Dance.
This free event is supervised by local police.
Visit www.noosabluelight.org for more information.
Christmas in Cooroy Santa’s Letter Box is on Friday 4 December from 6pm at the Club Cooroy RSL.
Kids should start writing their letters to Santa because his letterbox is coming to Christmas in Cooroy. Children can drop their letters into the letterbox on Friday 4 December from 6pm when the box will be near the Club Cooroy RSL as the Christmas tree is lit up.
On Saturday 5 December the letterbox will be near the Gelignite Jack’s Santa Tent in Apex Park from 4pm.
Don’t forget to include a return address so Santa can write a letter back!
Christmas in Tewantin is on Wednesday 9 December from 2pm to 5pm.
Browse the Christmas market stalls while enjoying carols and festive music.
There will be a special visit by the Tewantin Fire Brigade at 3pm and an extra special visit from Santa at 3.30pm.
