The much-loved Bay Village complex on Hastings Street has undergone a funky makeover revealing new branding and a fun and modern atmosphere.
The food court has been jazzed up with new modern bench seats, funky chairs, mood lighting and reclaimed-wood table tops.
Centre manager Paul Matthews said he hoped the makeover would attract people who were walking along Hastings Street and bring them into the centre.
“People think there’s nothing done here but there are some great shops and food on offer,” he said.
Mr Matthews said feedback from visitors had been very positive and is excited to start phase two of the refurbishment later this year.
“We are planning on upgrading all of the lights to LED and will also upgrade the carpark equipment,” he said.
“We also launched a new website before Christmas which lists tenants and has links to their websites plus a photo gallery.”
Head over to Bay Village on Hastings Street to check out the new modern look or visit the new website at www.bayvillagenoosa.com.au.
