Insurance company YOUI looks set to continue its rapid rise in Australia, having recently announced plans to build an $80 million global headquarters on the Sunshine Coast.
The new building will be located next to the University of the Sunshine Coast at Sippy Downs.
Set to house up to 2000 workers, it is sure to be bring employment to many Noosa residents.
The development will be built in two stages with the first expected to be completed in 2017.
The new premises will provide for 1800 car parks ensuring there will be no repeat of parking congestion that angered drivers at its lakeside Birtinya location.
