2. Alliance Française de la Sunshine Coast celebrates 11 years of French Film Festivals. The opening night event on 4 May is canapés and drinks at Black Pepper, Sunshine Beach Rd followed by a screening of C’est la Vie at Noosa 5 Cinemas. 3. The Rotary Club of Cooroy Charity Dragon Boat Festival will be held on Lake Macdonald in the Noosa hinterland this Sunday 6 May. Dragon boating is for everyone and anyone of any age, shape or size. It is a dynamic and exciting sport and this will be a day of fun, team building and an opportunity to try something new while raising money for good causes.
