It’s Sporty Horse

TEWANTIN Noosa Pony Club has embraced all sports to create the Horsey Sporty Car Boot sale, with all proceeds to aid the purchase of Pony Club equipment.
Everyone is encouraged to bring along second hand horse and sporting gear to this mixed-sports car boot sale on 18 October at the Tewantin Noosa Pony Club grounds, Butler Street, Tewantin.
Following on from the success of their horse gear car boot sale last year, the pony club chose to expand the event in order to keep all members of the family happy.
Pony Club member Anne Lawrence said the inclusive sale came about after her son wanted to get involved.
“My son isn’t involved in pony club, but wanted to earn extra money by selling his soccer gear last year, so this time around we have catered for all sports,” she said.
“The pony club community from the entire Sunshine Coast will be out in force and we have a great canteen lined up for those wanting to grab a feed.”
Clean out your garage or pick up some bargains with your unwanted horse and sport gear.
Gates will open at 7am for sellers and at 8am for buyers. The fee for sellers is $25 per car and buyers will be asked for a gold coin donation.
