Movies nights have all the stars

THE Starry Night outdoor movies are back with more screenings throughout the Noosa shire.
Eumundi drive-in, 3 October
Enjoy a special double feature of the classics, Princess Bride and The Never Ending Story. The drive-in theatre is fast becoming a popular event with locals who love to bring a rug and watch the movies under the stars, or bring the car and return to the retro-style of catching an outdoor flick.
Starry Night drive-ins are held at the Eumundi Showgrounds, Black Stump Road, Eumundi. Gates open at 5pm and the movies start at 6.30pm.
The event is so popular, you now need to book a spot, so visit www.ticketebo.com.au/starrynights and book so you don’t miss out.
Tickets are $25 per car at the gate, $22 on line for pre-purchased tickets or $10 per person for walk-ins.
Cooroy outdoor movie, 3 October
Despicable Me 2 will screen on top of the Cooroy Library in 3 October, from 6.30pm.
Bring a blanket, picnic and gold coin for entry.
Peregian outdoor movie, 4 October
Settle in to watch Life of Pi on the grass in front of the Peregian Beach Surf Club. The event will be a fund-raiser for the Peregian Beach Surf Club nippers, with a barbecue and refreshments on offer. The movie starts at 6.30pm.
