A gaggle of… gals

IF YOU are looking for a unique and eye-catching way to promote your business, a local women’s social group may just have the answer.
Life Beyond 30 (LB30), a “gaggle” of 300 local woman, have come up with a novel way to promote local businesses while raising funds for their group and local organisation, United Synergies.
For just over $340, the women of LB30 will co-ordinate and model in a professional photo shoot for your business.
LB30 founder Wendy Wilson said the offer was great for any business or brand that wanted to be represented by women of all ages and sizes, but found the price of a professional photo shoot was out of reach.
“We will provide the studio, models, hair, make-up, photographer and the final images. All you have to do is provide the product and tell us how you want your shoot styled,” she said.
Panga Productions have come on board to photograph the ladies and the images can then be used by the business on social media, their company website or in any marketing campaigns.
Wendy said the funds raised will be used to cover the expenses of the group as well as help the group to expand globally.
“It can be very isolating when your kids grow up and leave the nest, friends get married, you lose a partner, are single, retired or when you move to a new town and lose touch with friends,” she said.
“Life Beyond 30 is a gaggle of women with over 300 members who all thrive on being together and who allow you to be yourself.”
A portion of the funds raised will also be donated to local organisation, United Synergies.
