Club raises the bar

THE beautiful Noosa hinterland is all about the outdoors, fresh air and sunshine.
Locals and visitors to the busy little town of Cooroy can now enjoy fresh air, sunshine and a view of the village while relaxing with a delicious cafe treat at the Cooroy RSL.
The popular RSL Club now offers open-air seating with a pleasant garden backdrop; the perfect addition to the club’s recently renovated open-air lounge, offering the best compromise between restaurant comfort and an alfresco feel.
Cooroy RSL offers an excellent full restaurant and cafe menu, daily Chef’s specials, budget family specials, delicious sweet treats, fresh scones baked in-house and the best coffee in town.
Manager Tina Mayfield said she was proud of the recent improvements to the club and was keen to welcome everyone to come along and experience the excellent service and delicious restaurant and cafe menus.
“The feedback from our members and guests has been fantastic,” she said.
“The open-air lounge and alfresco area are proving to be very popular especially with patrons looking for afternoon tea or a light snack when other cafes are closing for the day.”
Cooroy RSL is open seven days a week from 10am until late and has the best seats in town for the feature event of the year, Christmas in Cooroy. The lighting of the Christmas tree, right in the heart of town makes the Cooroy RSL the most sought-after venue to watch the spectacle.
Why not make a night of it, make a booking and head to the club on Friday 4 December at 4pm.
For those planning on bringing the family for the tree lighting event, it is important to book a table early to avoid disappointment.
Also not to be missed is The Cooroy RSL Fireworks at 7.15pm on Saturday 5 December to conclude the festivities.
Club Cooroy RSL extends the warmest of welcomes to new friends and old, to come along and make the club your “home away from home”- we know you will enjoy our hospitality.
