Outpouring of emotion across miles

THE tragic accident that claimed a student and a teacher from Noosa has prompted an outpooring of emotion and support from around Australia and New Zealand.
Schools and students have taken to media and social media platforms to express their sorrow and support for the school during this difficult time.
The following is a list of 10 messages of support towards the Noosa Pengari Stiener School community:
1. “All the love and strength to all the families and to all the school community, we mourn together at such a tragedy,” Jalberto Maldonado.
2. “We are deeply saddened by the news of yesterday’s tragic accident. Our love and thoughts go out to your school community, and the families most directly affected,” Coffs Harbour Casuarina Steiner School.
3. “Thoughts and prayers to the school community,” Amber Schmida Greene.
4. “I am thinking of the families and teachers and children and the community and sending love to all. May everyone find the peace and healing and courage they need to hold the light of and for these beautiful souls. It is such a sad and unbelievable tragedy. My heart goes out to you in your sorrow. I have a candle burning for them. He was a bright light that sweet boy,” Jana D’Arville.
5. “Our thoughts, prayers and love are with your school community at this very shocking and sad time,” Golden Hill Steiner School.
6. “Deepest sympthy to the family that have lost and quick recovery to the injured if there is anything we can do just ask,” Garry Goodey.
7. “Tonight we light our evening candle in honour of those who tragically lost their lives. We also send our love and blessings to those whose sadness tonight we can only imagine,” Glen Mitchell and the Mitchell Family, Sydney.
8. “Our heartfelt thoughts are with you at this time of sorrow. Deepest condolences to family, friends and whole school community,”Tallowood Steiner School.
9. “It is very sad to hear that a visit to our beautiful country ended in such a tragic way. Our thoughts and love are with you all,” Te Ra Waldorf School.
10. “So much love to you all from Bendigo Victoria, where the news of this awful tragedy has been swept aside by our State Election. My thoughts and heartfelt love go out to you all on the loss of a dedicated teacher and child. I cannot begin to imagine what your school community is facing right now. As a mother and student support worker my heart is with you all xxx,” Lisa Roulston Croft.
