Insider’s take on real estate

By Jacob May, Base Realtors

Welcome! My name is Jacob May and I will be writing a regular piece in Noosa Today to provide you with helpful tips and information for those who are looking to enter the real estate market, sell in the current market and everything else in between.
I also encourage those of you who are interested in finding out specifics on any given topic to get in touch with me and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.
As a real estate agent in the area I want to be able to provide you with more than just the usual listing and selling practices that you may be accustomed to by providing you with information that is valuable to you.
I work with Base Realtors and we have an office in Tewantin with a team that works across the entire Noosa Region.
We are all very passionate in what we do and our strengths complement each other.
Myself, I have had extensive experience in business operations and management with small teams in the hospitality industry, the military and the security industry.
I look forward to bringing you weekly updates from here on in.
Please keep an eye out for my next column where I will provide you with some helpful information when it comes to the Queensland First Home Buyers’ Grant.
