Paws for thought

MILLIONS of paws will pound the pavement as the annual walk against animal cruelty takes over Noosa for another year.
Registrations are open for the Million Paws Walk set to take place on Sunday 15 May along the Noosa Foreshore.
Every dog is welcome, regardless of breed, size and age, but the Million Paws Walk website asks owners to ensure only vaccinated and well socialised pups attend for the safety of other four-legged friends.
Money raised through online fund-raising, merchandise sales and activities on the day will help to provide essential care, veterinary treatment, food and shelter for more than 15,000 dogs that RSPCA Qld cares for each year.
Register online before 14 May to take advantage of ticket price savings and start fund-raising to help fight animal cruelty. Head to www.millionpawswalk.com.au to sign up today.
