Apple and Ginger Juice

An apple a day!

FOR a kickstart to any busy day, try Leslie’s apple and ginger juice.
This easy to make juice only needs four ingredients but feel free to add any extra tasty fruits or vegetables to help boost the nutrients.

Ingredients:
2 Green Apples
1/2 inch Piece Fresh Ginger
1 Lemon, peeled
1 cup Spinach leaves

Method:
Feed through your juicer.
Add some ice if preferred, or leave as is and drink straight away.
This juice can be served immediately or stored in the fridge in a glass jar with a lid. The juices are best used within one day.
