NOOSA Lions head coach Ben Cahn put the players through their paces at their first pre-season training session on 3 January.
The team is preparing for what is expected to be one of the most exciting seasons for the club, with the senior squad looking to cement its place in the top four of the Sunshine Coast Football League and progress to the FFA Cup in 2015.
Throughout the coming season, Ben will be calling on experienced players to maintain stability on the pitch while bringing in new talent to demonstrate creative football style and flair that he hopes will elevate the squads back into premiership winning status.
The team took to the pitch at Girraween Sports Complex on 3 January to sweat it out in pre-season training.
