Staying strong

THE Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) gym is helping the over-60s become fit and fab in a fun and friendly environment.
The NAC’s experienced instructors have been busy helping members in their quest to stay strong and healthy through their collaborative fitness program.
The team work together with member’s health care practitioners to design a comprehensive stretching and strengthening routine to achieve and maintain all-round physical health for participants. Programs are designed individually, taking into account any health issues and injuries.
Members’ ages range from the sixties to the eighties, with each participant enjoying the friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere and meeting new friends.
