Noosa has caught the eye of internationally renowned beauty company L’Oreal after a local home was selected by location scouts as the perfect scene to shoot a beauty campaign.
Glen and Deborah Watson designed and built Azure, a luxury home in Sunshine Beach, and recently exchanged wedding vows at the home overlooking the magnificent views visible from nearly every room of the house.
Deborah said she was surprised that L’Oreal chose their home over anywhere in the world but said it was the “international style” of the grand home which drew L’Oreal to the Sunshine Beach residence.
“We spent six months in the design process, we wanted to build something really special with an international feel and that’s what attracted L’Oreal to it,” Deborah said.
The accolades for Azure, which is currently on the market, continue to pour in with Best Houses Australia voting the luxury home as the best of 2015.
