Team’s health moves

Back in Motion Cooroy recently launched its state-of-the-art physiotherapy practice and staff members are excited to invite local residents to meet them and experience the Back in Motion difference.
The practice has everything anyone needs and features four spacious, private consulting rooms, a gymnasium and dedicated Pilates studio including Pilates reformers, wunda chair, spring board, core fitness rollers and a whole body vibration machine.
Principal physiotherapist Michael Ryan said the team at Back in Motion are “result orientated” ensuring the best outcome for clients.
“We do things a bit differently at Back in Motion Cooroy,” Michael said.
“We are results oriented, focusing on helping our clients achieve optimal lifelong physical health.
“The Sunshine Coast’s health conscious attitude blends perfectly with Back in Motion’s philosophy of wellness.”
Back in Motion has a unique clinical philosophy called Results4Life which sees clients living pain free sooner and delivers long term, sustainable health outcomes.
“We listen and develop a unique evidence based and holistic program for each client ensuring that they will achieve the goals that they have for their health and minimising the threat of injury reoccurrence which ultimately sees the client spending more time enjoying life, less time being injured and thus saving money,” Michael said.
Back in Motion also offers every client a free Initial 20 minute assessment by a qualified physiotherapist who will assess their pain or injury and suggest an ideal management plan.
Clients can then choose to proceed with treatment based on the information provided.
The team at Back in Motion Cooroy all have extensive experience with Michael himself previously working with the Australian Olympic team and in Australian country cricket.
His special interest areas include chronic pain, headaches, paediatrics, lower limb biomechanics, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
Michael is joined by Sunshine Coast local and dedicated physiotherapist Brad Staer, practice manager Lisa Bateman and experienced Pilates instructors Philippa and Ruth.
For a free initial assessment or for more information, contact Back in Motion Cooroy on 5442 5666 or visit www.backinmotion.com.au.
