CATCH a taxi to The Villa Noosa on Saturday 28 May and hear all your favourite rock classics from iconic ’90s rockers Taxiride.
The original line-up is back together and ready to rock the stage in their one-night-only performance right here in Noosa.
Taxiride started their journey in the early ’90s playing in cover bands around Melbourne. The band scored the ride of their life when a taxi-driving friend agreed to promote the band’s music to passengers.
The band was tipped double when one passenger turned out to be an executive from record label Warner who signed the band in 1999.
Since that fateful ride the band has claimed double platinum number one albums, seven top 40 hit singles and an ARIA Award.
Now in 2015 the original line-up is back together. The amazing harmonies, the guitars, the hit songs and the unique sound that was and still is Taxiride are all there in a live show that takes you on a journey to a time where music and songs had meaning and emotion.
Be a part of the journey and head to The Villa Noosa on Saturday 28 May from 8pm. Tickets are $25 pre-sale for show only, $30 on the door, or $55 for dinner and a show. Get your tickets at www.villanoosa.com.au
