There was no hint that books are losing their appeal over the weekend as hundreds walked through the doors of the Leisure Centre to browse the selection at the annual Rotary Noosa Daybreak Bookfest.
People staggered out with tall stacks of hard covers and paperbacks ranging from fiction and non-fiction to cookery, travel and a great selection of children’s books.
This year funds raised at Bookfest Noosa will go towards supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia in the Sunshine Coast region.
