THOSE who are looking for an action-packed day of family attractions and bargains should get along to St Thomas More Primary School’s fete this Saturday, 13 August.
Roll up from 9am-3.30pm for all the amazing rides including the Hurricane, Sizzler, Dodgems, Giant Slide, Tea Cups and more for all ages.
There will be more than 30 stalls run by dedicated volunteer school parents with bargains for the whole family, pre-loved toys, clothes, surf boards, plants, books, crafts, homemade pickles and jams, cakes, biscuits and sweet treats.
Visitors can choose from a huge variety of food on offer including the authentic Hot Mumma’s Curry, Aussie barbecue, gelato, sushi, pancakes, hot dogs, mango treats, strawberries and cream and much more.
For the kids there is the petting zoo, craft, show bags, new toys, games, woodwork, face painting, lucky dip, snow cones, spider drinks, fairy floss and trick-or-treat stalls.
Entertainment will run throughout the day with school bands, dancing, singing, magicians and local talent from Ausfunk and Gavin Hamburger Productions.
There will be a chance to win a car, a Gold Coast holiday and a glamping experience thanks to kind sponsors Cricks Noosa, Damien Styring of Dowling Neylan Real Estate, and Pitch Luxury Camping. Tickets for competitions are only $2 and will be drawn at 3pm on fete day.
Visitors could also win an iPad on the day thanks to sponsors such as Riverside Dental, The Happiness Network and RAM Electrical Contractors.
There will be plenty of fun for everyone in the family and entry is free.
