And the boom goes on

By Hollie Harris

NOOSAVILLE business owners will hear first-hand why present boom times are set to continue when Tourism Noosa CEO Damien Massingham speaks at the Noosaville Business Association annual general meeting on Wednesday 19 October.
With businesses enjoying an unbroken influx of visitors, Mr Massingham will detail how visitor numbers are running 15 per cent up on last year and visitor spending is up 23 per cent.
He will then turn his attention to the year ahead and outline what business owners can expect from the tourism body – the main driver for the current stunning visitor numbers – as Tourism Noosa develops its next five-year plan.
The meeting begins at 5.30pm at the Noosa Boathouse and will be followed by a Business After 5 meet-and-greet networking function at which the association will provide a first free drink for those who have attended the meeting.
Please email contact@noosavillebusinessassociation.org.au if you would like to attend the networking function for catering purposes.
