Diet’s shape of things to come

A new year often brings a resolution to lose weight and getting fit but a lack of results can often lead to a lack of motivation.
According to local naturopath Deb Roberson, losing weight and keeping it off could be easier than expected with her unique version of the much talked about HCG Diet.
Deb said she has supercharged the popular diet, first developed by Dr Simeons in the 1950s, into a more modern and “do-able” version while still incorporating the foundations of the diet and Dr Simeons’s research.
“It is easy for people to stick to and achieve the results they are looking for plus it can be easily fitted in around a busy lifestyle,” Deb said.
Deb said by following a specific healthy eating plan, which incorporates a wide variety of foods, and taking the HCG capsule made from 100 per cent natural ingredients, clients can expect to shed unwanted kilos and regain energy, vitality and a lean body.
“The HCG diet is not claiming that all fats are bad or all carbs are bad. It is following a simple, proven system so you get fantastic results, fast,” she said.
Deb said her passion for the diet comes from witnessing a friend who struggled to lose weight most of his life but found success in the HCG Diet.
After the friend tried the HCG Diet he was able to lose and keep off 26 kilos.
It was this personal knowledge, plus her own naturopathic knowledge, which Deb said makes up the powerful new formula that she now shares with her clients.
Anyone who would like more information about the HCG Diet or who would like to book an appointment can phone Deb on 5447 6380.
