Prestige and perfection

IT’S been featured on television and was the set of an international advertising campaign, now one of Sunshine Beach’s most prestigious properties has been snapped up.
Listed for $6.5 million, the McAnally Street property, also known as Azure, is under contract.
Century 21 Conolly Hay Group sales agent Rachel Sellman said the successful sale was with thanks to hours of PR work and unique marketing ideas.
“I wanted to get global attention for this home,” she said. “I needed to think outside the square when marketing this property so I spent hours working on PR, making contacts globally and nationally and as a result was able to secure my vendors incredible exposure and on most occasions at no expense.”
Ms Sellman said once the property was chosen to be the set of the L’Oreal International advertising campaign, she then set to work making sure everyone knew this stunning home was going to be featured in a world-wide campaign.
“I wanted to make sure the property got the global attention it deserved,” she said.
Prestigious homes such as Azure can sometimes take time to find the perfect buyer, but Ms Sellman said once the new owners saw the property they just had to have it.
Who can blame them with this gorgeous property designed by Chris Clout Design featuring stunning views of the ocean, and luxurious features throughout including Carrara marble floors and imported Mizu crystal chandeliers.
Expansive retracting windows and doors frame the breathtaking views as a natural work of art, while double day beds that appear to float on the infinity edge pool are suspended six metres above the lush tropical gardens below.
We believe Azure to be one of the highest sales for a non-beachfront home in Sunshine Beach.
“This is a great result for the Sunshine Beach market and through this marketing campaign I have met new national and international contacts,” she said. “I’m looking forward to achieving some more great results.”
