NOOSA EAGLES
What a team effort – well done Under 6 who are really coming together and talk to each other on field. Winning against Buddina, 6-3, goal shooters were Myles and Charlie with player of the match going to Emily for her great defence on field. Awesome work Emily!
The Under 7 Gold boys played a strenuous match against the Buddina Sea Lions to secure a 4-1 victory. Ryan Atkinson scored Noosa’s first goal in the opening minutes of the game, and backed it up by scoring again in the second half. Nate Morgan also scored twice for the team, demonstrating his impressive power off the boot. Player of the Match this week went to Byron Connell for his determination and positional play. Well done to all!
Under 9 Black took out another outstanding win against Buddina, with the score finishing at 11-4. Awesome efforts by everyone on field. Goal shooters were Lenny, Rohnan, Cooper and Kallum. Players of the match went to Jaymie for her outstanding save as goalie as well as performing great defence on field, and to Storm for his awesome performance on field as well. Great job by everyone on the team!
Under 10 Noosa Black played hard this week against Buderim. With no substitute players, the boys knew they were going to have to be on their game at all times. Goals by Jake MacDonald and Keiran Dow were a result of some fabulous team work and saw Noosa take out the win 2-0. Without a doubt, a great game by all players!
