THE cinema was packed for the advanced screening of Let’s Be Cops, put on by the local police to help raise funds for the Blue Light Dance parties and youth programs.
Noosa police teamed up with BCC Noosa cinemas to screen the comedy on 5 November, with all funds raised used to provide youth-focused programs and the ever-popular Blue Light Dances.
Blue Light co-ordinator and Noosa police Senior Constable Darryn Parkes organised the event and said all help from the community and local business was much appreciated when it came to fund-raising and supporting the youth initiatives.
