Explore the pristine Sunshine Coast – white powder beaches, spectacular bays, secret bush trails, breathtaking headlands, and complete an incredible personal challenge with your friends while restoring sight.
Coastrek is a 30-60km team-trekking challenge run by Wild Women On Top, which journeys along some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
Teams of four, with at least 50 per cent women, have between 10 to 18 hours to complete the challenge, getting fit while raising money.
Thousands of people have completed the challenge, raising almost $15 million for The Fred Hollows Foundation to date.
Sunshine Coastrek is a life-changing adventure which takes place on Friday 28 July and begins in Caloundra, finishing in stunning Noosa.
Established in 2010 by Wild Woman On Top CEO and Adventure Goddess Di Westaway alongside Wild Women On Top Director, the super fit wonder woman Lisa Marshall, Coastrek’s aim was to help more women get fit and see the magical places they train each week with their groups of Wild Women.
Since then, they’ve seen nine incredibly successful events, each bigger and better than the last, and raised almost $15 million for The Fred Hollows Foundation.
During 2016, over 5100 people soared over the Coastrek finish line, jubilant, and having raised over $4.1 million for The Fred Hollows Foundation and restored sight to a staggering quarter of a million people.
It is amazing what can happen when a small group of women believe in the impossible.
Registration is now open with Early Bird (save up to $100 per team) until 21 February.
The event day is on Friday 28 July, with the fundraising Tally Day on Sunday 6 August.
