NSW Swift netballer Emma Tickner returned to her home territory this week to join with Australian Diamond and Firebird player and friend, Gretel Tippett, to pass on their netball knowledge to the next generation of players.
They may be rivals on the court but have played alongside each other representing Queensland.
The pair attended Tewantin Netball Courts on Tuesday to run one of their Fast Five Netball Clinics for local netballers.
Emma is currently weighing up a decision to take up an offer in England to play semi-professionally in their Netball Super-league team Northumbria.
