SECRETS’ managing director Jane Meredith inspired local business owners at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry QLD Noosa (CCIQ Noosa) monthly meeting, held at the Noosa Convention and Exhibition Centre on Tuesday.
In an interview with CCIQ Noosa vice-president Di Henshall, Ms Meredith shared the story of how she came to Noosa with only $15 in her pocket and a dream to create beautiful jewellery for all women.
Today, Secrets’ jewellery makes regular appearances on catwalks and photoshoots around the world and has nine Australian stores, as well as a successful online store.
CCIQ Noosa president Sarah Fisher said it was great to see local business owners inspired by such success.
“It is wonderful to see other business owners who are so passionate about what they do,” she said.
“I think we all took something away from such inspirational people.”
