A 17-year-old Doonan man is among three men charged with a string of break-and-enter charges.
Police have charged four men and will allege high-value cars were stolen from Twin Waters, Pelican Waters and Buderim between 4 and 6 April.
Officers found the vehicles after searching a home on Barleycorn Street, Buderim, on Tuesday 7 April.
A 23-year-old Maroochydore man will face a list of charges including burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, possessing a weapon, wilful damage, two counts of obstruct police and two counts of disqualified driving.
A 17-year-old Doonan man and a 19-year-old Peregian Beach man have been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Investigations are continuing with further charges expected to be laid.
