Built over three stages, the Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre offers more than 6300 square metres of commercial space that is now fully leased.
Located at 90 Goodchap Street, Noosaville, the complex was marketed by Paul Forrest, Paul Butler and David Brinkley of Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North on behalf of developer Norm Oliver.
The Ray White Commercial team worked hard alongside the developer to secure each tenant to create a strong mix of businesses that provide a high-quality commercial and medical hub for the surrounding community.
Mr Butler said Central Queensland University joined the complex in 2007 and has grown steadily to occupy more than 3000 square metres.
“In recent years we have seen a shuffle around of tenants who have decided to upgrade from existing premises into newer complexes such as the Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre,” he said.
Mr Brinkley said it is common for a larger portion of tenants to seek out spaces that have plenty of natural light, on-site parking, air-conditioning and well thought-out and easy to fit-out tenancies, all of which the Goodchap Street complex offers.
“Some of the existing, older-style buildings have had to adapt or upgrade to compete with these new, modern spaces to secure tenants or run the risk of sitting vacant for longer than expected or taking a hit on their achievable rental income,” he said.
