THE staff and families at Peregian Beach Community Kindergarten have been overwhelmed by the generosity of one of the children’s grandfathers, Bruce Miller, who recently donated a classic hand-carved wooden rocking horse to the centre for a raffle prize.
This exquisite piece of art took Bruce several months to create and the attention to detail is second to none. It will make one lucky family very happy.
The tickets are $2 each or 6 for $10 and can be purchased at Cafe le Monde, Belmondos Organic Market or directly from the kindergarten.
The rocking horse will also be on display, and tickets can be purchased at the Noosa Kids and Baby Market at Noosa Leisure Centre on 30 August.
The raffle, which also offers many other wonderful prizes kindly donated by local businesses, will be drawn on Monday 31 August 2015.
